Athens & Cape Sounion
Our Athens & Cape Sounion tour starts at The Acropolis Hill, and the Parthenon. We will visit architectural masterpieces og Golden Age, that includes Erechteion, The Temple of Athena, Propylaia and Karyatides. Aside from this, we will drive to the Panathenaic Stadium, the place of the First Olympic Games in the year 1896. Athens tour will allow you to foresee the Handrian's Arch and the Temple of Zeus. While we down the well know Herod Atticus street, you will see the Evzones in their wonderful picturesque uniform together with the Presidential Palace. 10. ΑΚΥΡΩΣΕΙΣ
Ακυρώσεις συμμετοχής από την πλευρά του ταξιδιώτη γίνονται μόνο εγγράφως προς το γραφείο μας και, ανεξάρτητα από την ημερομηνία της κράτησης .Ειδικότερα : α) Σε περίπτωση ακύρωση της εκδρομής 11 μέρες πριν την αναχώρηση συνεπάγεται επιστροφή των χρημάτων 100% β) Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης της εκδρομής από 10 – 7 μέρες πριν την αναχώρηση συνεπάγεται η εκχώρηση της κράτησής του σε άλλο άτομο με τις προϋπόθεσης που αναφέρονται στο Άρθρο 6 των Γενικών όρων συμμετοχής) γ) Σε περίπτωση που δεν μπορεί να βρεθεί αντικαταστατής (εκδοχέας) παρέχεται η δυνατότητα πίστωσης των χρημάτων σε μεταγενέστερη εκδρομή εντός του διαστήματος 3 μηνών δ) Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης της εκδρομής από 6 μέρες μέχρι και την ημέρα της αναχωρήσεως γίνεται παρακράτηση όλου του ποσού.
Οι χρεώσεις γίνονται ανεξάρτητα από τον χρόνο της εγγραφής ή από το αν έχουν ήδη καταβληθεί τα αντίστοιχα ποσά από τους ταξιδιώτες ή όχι. Στην περίπτωση που ένα από τα δύο άτομα που έχουν επιλέξει να διαμείνουν ή διαμένουν σε δίκλινο δωμάτιο ακυρώσει τη συμμετοχή του, θα καταβάλει τα ανάλογα ακυρωτικά τέλη. Εφ’ όσον τα παραπάνω ακυρωτικά τέλη δεν ισούνται με το 100% της συνολικής αξίας του ταξιδιού, το άτομο που θα ταξιδέψει τελικά, θα πληρώσει και τη διαφορά του δωματίου του, καθώς θα διαμείνει αναγκαστικά σε μονόκλινο. Σε περίπτωση ματαίωσης του ταξιδιού εκ μέρους του Τουριστικού Γραφείου μας και εφόσον ο χρόνος πραγματοποίησης της κράτησης το επιτρέπει, ακολουθούνται οι εξής προθεσμίες ενημέρωσης του Ταξιδιώτη:
α) 7 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία αναχώρησης, όταν το ταξίδι διαρκεί πάνω από έξι (6) ημέρες.
β) 5 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία αναχώρησης, όταν το ταξίδι διαρκεί μεταξύ τεσσάρων (4) και πέντε (5) ημερών.
γ) 3 ημέρες πριν την ημερομηνία αναχώρησης, όταν το ταξίδι διαρκεί μεταξύ δυο (2) και τριών (3) ημερών.
δ) 48 ώρες όταν το ταξίδι διαρκεί μια (1) μέρα ( Ημερήσια εκδρομή ) .
11. ΡΥΘΜΙΣΗ ΔΙΑΦΟΡΩΝ
Το Τουριστικό Γραφείο μας και ο ταξιδιώτης δεσμεύονται να επιλύσουν με καλή πίστη κάθε διαφορά που μπορεί να προκύψει κατά την εκτέλεση της σύμβασης του οργανωμένου ταξιδιού. . Αν η φιλική επίλυση της διαφοράς δεν καταστεί δυνατή, αρμόδια είναι τα Δικαστήρια της Χαλκίδας.
