DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

A 50% deposit of the total value of the selected package is required to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid 5 days prior to departure.

Once your payment has been completed, please send your proof of payment to:

When making a bank transfer, please indicate your surname and destination as the payment reference.

If you choose to make a payment from another bank, any applicable bank charges shall be borne by the sender.

IMPORTANT

• No reservation will be considered valid or confirmed without payment of the required deposit at the time of booking.

• Online reservations will not be considered valid unless full payment is completed during the booking process.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

In the event of cancellation, the deposit or full payment will be refunded in full provided that the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to departure.

For cancellations made within 14 days of departure, the amount paid is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or credited towards another travel package.
