General terms and conditions of participation in an organized trip

Please read carefully the following General Terms of Participation, which constitute an integral part of the organized travel contract, as well as information and any other recommendations given to you, before registering for any of our organized trips.

Payment of the required advance payment (50%) or the entire amount, in cash, via credit/debit or prepaid card or by bank transfer to the tourist office.

Unreserved acceptance and compliance with these General Terms and Conditions. For valid registration, the specific trip must be indicated on the receipt of payment of the advance or prepayment, with the dates of departure and return and any other distinctive elements.

The right to participate in the trip is secured by paying the full value and related charges 7 full days before departure.

Failure to pay the full value of the trip within the stipulated time gives our Tourist Office the right to cancel the reservation and possibly demand cancellation fees, in accordance with the cancellation terms provided herein.

Cancellations

In order to implement an organized trip, it is necessary to ensure the minimum number of travelers, on which the costing of the relevant package is based. This number differs for each trip.

Cancellations of participation by the traveler are made in writing to our office or by telephone or after a visit to our office and, regardless of the date of the reservation. In particular:

In case of cancellation of the excursion 11 days (multi-day) or 6 days (single-day) before departure, a 100% refund will be given.

In case of cancellation of the excursion from 9 to 6 days before departure, the reservation will be transferred to another person under the conditions mentioned in Article 6 of the General Terms of Participation)

In the event that a replacement cannot be found, the money can be credited to a later trip within 2 months.

In case of cancellation of the excursion from 6 days (multi-day) or 2 days (single-day) up to the day of departure, the entire amount will be withheld.

In the event of cancellation of the trip by our Tourist Office and if the time of booking allows, the following deadlines for informing the Traveler and 100% refund are followed:

a) 10 days before the departure date, when the trip lasts more than six (6) days.

b) 7 days before the departure date, when the trip lasts between four (4) and five (5) days.

c) 5 days before the departure date, when the trip lasts between two (2) and three (3) days.

d) 48 hours when the trip lasts one (1) day (Day trip).

Important note about the snowmobile safari

• Anyone driving a snowmobile must be over 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with them.

• Each snowmobile safari participant will be provided with necessary clothing and equipment, including: One-piece jumpsuit, boots, woolen socks, gloves, scarf, full-face balaclava, and helmet.

• For safety reasons, children up to 14 years old sit in a sled pulled by a snowmobile driven by a local guide.

• For younger children, it is recommended that one of the parents sit with the child on the sled for their comfort and safety.

• Children over 14 years old and over 140 cm tall can sit as passengers behind their parent on a snowmobile, but they will be charged as an adult.

Celebrate Christmas & welcome the new year with the joy and excitement of the most festive trip to Levi and Rovaniemi! Here, the holidays are more genuine and traditional than anywhere else in the world! We're waiting for Santa's village and his post office with the elves, the Arctic Circle, snowy landscapes, snowmobile safaris in frozen lake and wild forest landscapes, ice and snow sculptures, cute huskies, and reindeer.

Description

Gathering at Eleftherios Venizelos Airport and flight to Rovaniemi. Arrival, and immediately after boarding the bus to be transported to Levi. Stop along the way for lunch. Arrival at Levi and check-in to rooms. Levi is actually the name of the hill, while the town-village itself is called Sirkka. This ski resort has developed to the point where it is considered one of the top and most popular in Finland. It hosts the largest events, competitions, and ski demonstrations, several nightclubs, excellent restaurants, and beautiful hotels in an area that is quite concentrated and within short distances of each other. Dinner at the hotel restaurant and overnight stay.
Overnight stay in the city of Kragujevac may be replaced with accommodation in Nis or Paracin

Breakfast at the hotel and today we wear special equipment and following the instructions of the local leaders we will participate in an exciting snowmobile safari. In Lapland, the long period of snow and the natural facilities of the trails make this sport irresistible! We will follow a route through areas of wild natural beauty, forests, frozen lakes and over difficult snow surfaces and frozen rivers. Arrival at the husky farm. The wonderful and lovable Siberian and Canadian huskies are waiting impatiently at the farm where we will have the opportunity to hear stories from their caretakers. Sledding, a traditional mode of transportation from the Siberian region, will be an unforgettable experience for all of us. We will enjoy a light meal with coffee, tea, or hot juice around the fire. Return to the hotel.

In the evening, transfer to the traditional Lapland restaurant built on the banks of the Ounasjoki River, 8 kilometers from Levi's center and deep in the snowy Lapland landscape. We'll toast with a welcome drink upon arrival!Santa Claus will arrive with his sleigh and faithful reindeer to give presents to the children. We'll all take photos with him, young and old, and then we'll have dinner at the rich Christmas buffet. This Christmas stay will be etched in everyone's memory for a long time.

Christmas breakfast at the hotel. Departure early in the afternoon for the reindeer farm, where we will pet and feed Santa's beautiful four-legged friends and have the pleasure of driving a reindeer sled through the forest. We will enjoy an "excursion" lunch around the fire with coffee, tea, or hot juice. Return to Levi.

In the afternoon, we will relax at the hotel's spa, LeviSpa, with sauna, swimming, exercise, or hammam. In the evening, we will enjoy a Christmas buffet dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Overnight.
Breakfast at the hotel and check out. We will then depart for SnowVillage. About a thousand trucks each year, towards the end of November, transport snow and ice to build the village, with a different method and design each time. It covers an area of approximately 7,500 square kilometers with restaurants, bars, a hotel, a lobby, various buildings, and sculptures, all made of only snow and ice. Departure for Rovaniemi and a stop for lunch on our way. Arrival in the capital of Lapland and the Arktikum Museum, the center of Arctic history, with exhibits that will introduce us to the history, culture, and way of life of the Lapps, as well as the entire Arctic.

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to Santa Claus Village, right on the "imaginary" Arctic Circle, where we will have the opportunity to talk to him, take photos and perhaps express a wish to him! The first stop in Santa's village is, of course, his "Office," where a group of happy elves welcomes people and invites them inside for a little chat and a photo with the Father of Christmas. The "Santa Claus Post Office" is equally popular, where his little helpers read the Christmas wishes of millions of children from all over the world. Even if you've left your childhood behind many decades ago, you can't help but be tempted to send your friends a Christmas card with the authentic Santa Claus stamp! At the post office, you will also find a wide variety of Christmas souvenirs.

Those who want to can visit the Santa Park Christmas amusement park, which is an exciting choice for our little friends.

Follow a visit to SnowmanWorld to admire the unique ice and snow sculptures and participate in activities such as ice skating, snowboarding lessons, snow sculpting, and ice slides. Then we'll enjoy a hot meal at the one-of-a-kind IceRestaurant, right on the Arctic Circle and next to Santa Claus. Late in the afternoon, transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Rovaniemi.
Today, the last day of our trip, we are saying goodbye to Finland. Breakfast free for a short walk. At noon, we transfer to the airport for the return flight to Athens.
